I’m thinking about going to the MG. As someone who needs to keep better track of my blood pressure i feel like it’s a reasonable enough thing to do. Not sure it’s really worth the added cost but maybe. I dunno.

Hugh blood pressure runs in my family, and wouldn’t be the worst thing to find all the ways I can help other then the obvious.
The ekg is also interesting. But not sure worth it. I’m torn.

Yeah, because I can pay for it with HSA I sort of lean with “yeah fuck it whatever” but we’ll see. I think I saw that they’ll let you downgrade/return it without issue…I’ll look a bit more tomorrow

Thinking of getting back into the whoop. Been using Apple Watch but I enjoy wearing traditional watches too much.
Had whoop but stopped because it said I needed 12 hours a sleep every day and recovery was always less than 20. Have a 4 year old and a 3 month old so little nervous that it will still be the case. Though overall feel healthier than then.
Anyone want to talk me on or off the whoop ledge? I just want something to track what I do and push me to do more every day than get home and only lay on the ground with the kids.
