Same. But the beer loves me!
Honestly that’s the coolest thing about whoop. Just figure out how to abuse your body and be good.
Want to drink 6 beers and take an edible? Finish by the old folks early dinner and you’ll be great.
My body clearly enjoys day drinking.
That HRV is… something.
Hope you feel better soon!
I had 3 straight days of 1% recovery before finding out I had MRSA. Whoop is pretty good at figuring out when you’re sick.
Yeah I’m very impressed with how Whoop tracked this. My recovery started dropping since Wednesday so knew something was coming.
First week back from vacation. Tracking calories and trying to be high protein with a slight calorie deficit. A lower cardio week than normal, but had a few multiple workout days.
Whoopees, I took the plunge, I’m on day 5 and went for a 3 mile walk, had an average heart rate of 121 bpm and an 11.8 strain, and my HR shot way up higher than normal when i started.
For comparison on Monday I did a similar walk with an average hr bpm of 103 and a strain of 7.7….
What the heck is happening here?
Was it hotter outside?
Much cooler today than Monday
I would say give the whoop a couple weeks to figure you out. The algorithm has a learning curve (at least that is my understanding). I wouldn’t read too much into any data for a couple weeks
The thing that confused me was the HR readings, it was definitely wrong, I mean it shot up to a 150 at the start of a walk, that never happens
Strap tightness, location, vibrations/wiggles are all noise that takes it a bit to sort out.
Whoop feels better with time. I just passed 600 days with it last week.
I really value the month over month trend data for HRV and RHR especially.
I love the HRV trend, except now that I see it going down because my drinking frequency always goes up in the summer, have been on a HRV decline since Dry January
T’s&P’s. Food poisoning ain’t no joke.
I was there a week ago hating my life. I’ll have a 3 Floyd’s in solidarity!
Thanks brother. Most my sleep was on the bathroom floor. Ready to get my kids to bed and proceed to sleep as long as possible.
Aspirational shit right here. No pun intended.
