Mine is still at 6-8 weeks, last Friday was the 8th week-iversary. Was told by someone if I don’t have a shipping notification by this Friday to reach back out

Signing off the topic as I took my WHOOP off a week ago and except for this topic popping up now and then, I don’t miss it at all. My Apple Watch does what I need, the recovery numbers from the WHOOP were always suspect as hell (WRNG).

I’m glad for those of you that find value in it. I’d be happy to mail my WHOOP 3 to anyone who wanted one (with the battery pack) for the cost of shipping. DM me if you want it… it still worked fine. I just don’t care to use it anymore.

For the people who are getting their Whoop or their shipping notifications, when did you place your order?

I ordered mine on September 13 and mine still says 5-7 weeks

Ordered 9/10 here and mine says 6-8 weeks. Last Friday was the 8th week, and they told me if by this Friday I hadn’t received a notification to reach out.
So I would say give you’re past the 7th week, I would reach out and inquire.

It’s not showing the exact date I placed my order, but I know it was the first week of September and mine shipped yesterday from Mexico.

About the same, and I messaged them a ‘uhhh wtf nicely.’

They said another 5 weeks. They gave me a free month because of the delay.

I ordered mine on 9/8. Been stuck on 2-3 weeks for a while now. Customer Service just keeps saying they are trying their best. I understand it’s though, I am in the CPG business and it’s crazy out there. Still would be nice to hear some regular updates/increased communication on the delays.

Also, for some reason, I’ve logged zero strain today. Zero. While I haven’t really don’t anything but some walking around the office, I usually get some results.

Vent post
So I placed my order 9/10 and the order status has been 6-8 since then. When I reached out last Friday on the day of the 8th week, I was told to reach out if I had not received anything by the end of that time. So this Friday marks 9 weeks since placing the order. The person I spoke to this time told me that 6-8 week window didn’t represent the time from when I placed the order, but from when they last updated the order status’, which was 10/18. So it’s 6-8 weeks from then now I guess?
I know blah blah blah chokepoints and all that crap, but I’m getting 2 different messages from the same company based on my order, and my order hasn’t updated from that 6-8 weeks since it was placed.
Just wish I could receive consistent and straight answers with the time frame.

I am with you…have had lots of messages. I ordered on 9/8…the day they announced, and was told a couple times that the 6-8 weeks meant End of Oct beginning of Nov. I have always had 6-8 weeks or 5-7 but never anything other then that on my order status.

Emailed this week, and was told that is the current turn around time, that it is first come first serve. Which stinks. They said we won’t charge you on the 4.0 membership till you get your strap, meanwhile paying on the 3.0. I am annoyed as well. Its getting old.

The only good thing is now the two times I’ve spoken with someone they’ve each given me a month credit to my account, so I won’t have a payment until January, but yeah still incredibly annoying.
Might as well have waited until when my 3.0 subscription was going to end and ordered then, might be similar dates.
I would have to imagine if you placed the day that 4.0 was announced you should be essentially first in “first come first serve” whatever that means.
Maybe a bunch of whoops are hanging out on a ship in CA, who could say!

That was my big arguement/complaint when they kept saying they are fulfilling in order received. I show them my order date and and time on my email confirmation, and it is an hour after they announced and opened up the website for orders.

And no one has an answer for that.
