Take whatever you need off the tee to find the short stuff. Wild tee shots will be the death of you. Fescue when i played a tourney was hip high so there was no chance so idk if its really playable rn.

A formal invite (DM) has been extended to Max if he happens to be in suburban Chicago in a few weeks. His job will be to stand at the 19th tee and mercilessly roast our swings.

Stonewall Orchard or Makray Memorial! Slightly biased since I worked for both courses in the last few years lol.
However Schaumburg CC’s new renovations are really nice.

Still got a spot at Black tomorrow at 6:30.
Played Willow Hill in Northbrook for the first time in a few years. it was in terrible shape the last few years but its totally turned around and it was really really fun. 25$ for walking nine. and good views of the city from mount trash-more.!

Would put Bowes and Highlands far above Stonewall and Makray personally. Haven’t played Sunset Valley yet.
I willll say (as I’ve said before) highlands has some issues with their maintenance of the fescue and whatever death happened to the the second fairway is a big issue.
