Been thinking about upgrading the irons and I have an M2 sitting in my closet, but every time I try something new, it just feels off and I scrap it after a few rounds. Averse to change, I guess.
I would love to know if there has been any sort of noticeable jump in Callaway sales post-NLU partnership. I was in for a new set of irons this summer and went with X-forged largely because of NLU, also got an O-works Red 1w putter. Anyone else bought Callaway because of NLU?
P.s. and by “noticeable jump” I don’t assume that the NLU community is having a large affect on a company the size of Callaway, just if there was any growth that could be attributable to the partnership.

To be fair, I had a set of CW irons before I started listening to NLU, but I always felt like I was playing old man clubs.
If anything, NLU has made CW gear acceptably cool. I’m going to buy some new clubs this year and while I’ll go to get fitted with an open mind, I’m really looking at either Mizuno or some new CWs. I’m terribly loyal to things so I secretly want some new CW ones, but those MP18 are just so damn pretty.
I don’t think it’s simply NLU though. Across the board CW have improved their image.
