Sorry, I’m gonna be unavailable tomorrow. Gotta close the bar tonight, and not in the fun way.

If you wanna post into the chicagoland thread go for it! Just let me know we are doing the red tee week so they don’t feel cheated lol… though I honestly enjoy the red tees more than the tips. Helps boost my ego a bit if things go well

Sorry - have a last minute conflict for tomorrow and can’t make it. If @TheAbeFroman didn’t find a sub, maybe the red tees tilt matches go out as 6 again?

Dismantled by the cooler, @TrajMahal, 3&1

Did not bring the A game and fell DORMIE heading to 8, where I kept up the theme of the day and missed a bunny birdie to stay alive. Wish I could’ve made 9 interesting for him, @Wheel earned it and moves on after a very tidy round heading in to the championship.

Shoutout @SammyS who went full icarito today. First ever eagle on hole 2 from the red tees for a net albatross! Plays an amazing 8 holes and steps up 9 tee box 2 under… I’m sad to say he tripled on the 9th with an OB ball and a couple bad chip shots.

Sam and @Ballgame took the Tilt crown this year and it wasn’t even close. Always happy to lose to good golf

Some good back and forth (albeit not strictly stellar golf) and notwithstanding one good Mongolian reversal from the bunker on 6 that had me shook, I managed to escape 2&1 with some help from a big right miss and a stray yellow srixon on #7. Good match @ChiFFI!

Where do the red stakes end and the whites begin? I thought it was mostly red stakes down the right at 9?

Anyways, it was a delight to break par yet still only contribute on 2 holes en route to 50 points (based off memory). And a net BB of -6.

Sammy is a dangerous man.

Couldn’t imagine a better way to start the day (other than the wings melting off on nine of course). Having a partner like @Ballgame really takes the pressure off, so big shoutout there. Going out as a group of six was a lot more fun than I anticipated.
