I set mine last fall for all of '21! But I joined established sessions. I changed the Monday, now I’ll work on the Thursday.

Got a client for the next couple weeks based out of Germany. The time changes are killing me and so are the early morning meetings
This is a one-off for me. Have to get the car back.
I’m aiming for <1:30 pace. Anything else will bring shame and dishonor to the family of our entire foursome.

Let’s do two man skins for a buck a skin within your foursome.
Teams can be set up however. My suggestion would be high and low handicap on each foursome team up and face off against two mid handicappers in each group.

Alright let’s talk skins.
It’s essentially match play with carry overs. Lowest net score wins the hole (if playing two man either team member can get low net for the hole).
If you win the hole you get a skin. If there is a tie the skin is carried over to the next whole, so that hole is worth two. Another tie and it carries over again, etc.
At the end of the round you total up your skins and you net out the amount against your opponents.
This is much different than match play since with match play you can lose a round and stop losing money. For example, @ChiFFI and I played skins at Robert Black and he kicked my tush. Took 7 skins in 9 holes. He was a gentleman and has let me hold on to the debt until we have a chance for a rematch soon.
My thought around have a two man skins is that it helps build a bit of team comradery instead of playing an individual game. Each foursome can determine the dollar amount for the skin, but I like to keep it easy and cheap and just do a buck per skin.
