Zatch being the US Ryder Cup captain and @Tron supporting Team Euro feels like destiny.
On finding new music:
⢠Music Map is a fun way to find new stuff based on artists you like.
⢠If you go to an artistās page on Spotify and scroll to the bottom, they have an Artist Playlist section and a People Also Like section.
⢠I find my discover weekly playlist is worth a run through once a week.
Bernie Ecclestone needs to be up here.
Honorable mention from the golf space: Angel Cabrera.
I need more info on JJ Watt in this list. I realize heās probably on more steroids than HHH but I thought he was a pretty generous dude off the field.
Need some fifa involvement here, bad guys!
The ultimate thirst bucket.
Agreed. I love the pods but I donāt put stock in these lists for my own purposes.
Very very very sick individual. Thirsty, enhanced, bad stuff!
Havenāt read passed this yet, but youāre tipping your barber 20-25$? Thatās wild man
I donāt know how generous he is, but I do know that he got a lot of press after one of the hurricanes. But in reality he raised a lot, but didnāt donate very much of his own money.
I feel like thirsty doesnāt scratch the surface. The Thirstiest maybe? That doesnāt even do it.
More parched than anyone who has ever walked the earth!
$25 is probably not true. $18-20 yes.
He raised like $20mil+ after hurricane Harvey. Iām not the biggest fan of the guy but no one else was raising that much for people.
Thatās what I was thinking about. At the time everyone was acting like he donated $20 million. Obviously a great thing. But different than him donating. I remember it being all over social media comparing him to Kap at the time because Kap had donated money to something around the same time.
Couple of tipping related questions that I havenāt seen discussed yet:
- for these āsquareā POS devices, can the cashier tell if Iāve tipped or not? I ask because I find that I prefer to pay in cash so that I can tip more intentionally. It sounds like I want to be recognized for tipping, and itās really not that, but I want them to know that I value the service that they provided. Iām concerned that the POS device doesnāt really allow that.
- @Tron i know youāve worked in food and bev. What is your thought on tipping on a bottle of wine? If the server (or in a few cases, the Somm) provides advice and guides me in my purchase, then absolutely I would tip full on the bottle of wine. But if I see a bottle that I want and select it with no help, what is expected in terms of tip? Tipping $16 on an $80 bottle of wine seems excessive if no real service is given.
I remember that place from my visit to Vancouver!
Had an unreal blueberry filling donut and the cold brew was
Yes they can
Like they pull up from the exit side?
Yeah and then most of them will try and drive out through the entrance side. Our Samās Club lot is already a mess and this just makes it even worse.
