yeah to me one is a weird hobby that isn’t for me but by-and-large i feel is harmless. the other is a microcosm for the devolution of society and standards.
The person responsible for the devolution of society and standards is Donald Trump, not Andy Cohen.
The other day I was explaining to my brother how I pay 90 dollars a year to argue online about fast food and whine about internet personalities.
We all have our kinks pal.
I said no kink shaming right after this buddy.
Good rule of thumb is to ignore anything that comes right before a “but”

And to juke other Ryans in a NCAA 26 dynasty.

The incident is 4 years old but what an adventure
I think in years past (maybe circa Strapped SoCal / Strapped Reno), @MerchCzar may have had enough hair to get himself a Ket Wig but sounds like he didn’t this time. Hey, he’s not The Kid anymore and that is fine!
He would have looked sweet in one of these bad boys:
And for those interested, some background on the Ket Wig:
@Randy feel like you’re about 5-8 years too old for Heely’s. Founded in 2000. I’d say were massively popular circa 2005? If you were 8-13 years old around that time, kids who had Heely’s were the coolest.
In hindsight, truly thank my Mom for telling me no repeatedly on getting them. Saved me from myself.
Back in our day we aggressively inline skated. See the movie Brink as example. Way cooler and obviously has retained popularity with the youths to this day.
We all know Airborne is the better roller blading movie.
*aggressive inline movie. K2 and Roces made superior skates back in the day despite the brand awareness.
soaps > heelys
I immediately thought of soaps as well! Had a neighbor that got some for Christmas one year. Thought I was jealous until he broke his arm attempting to grind on a rail. Cured it for me.
Years ago I took my then-girlfriend to see the live action Broadway adaption of Little Mermaid. They used Heelys to glide around “under water”. It may have been the only time I ever saw anyone ever wear them.
Hand up, I’ve never seen the movie all the way through, but I’ve watched the final race to downtown Cincinnati at least half a dozen times on cable.
I was a skateboard kid because of gleaming the cube…
Recently rewatched that one. So bad it’s so good!
