@Tron love to hear you shouting out Portsmouth, NH in the latest Chop Session and glad you enjoyed one of my favorite places in our state. If you make it up again, there is some great golf at PCC or you can be awed by the massive military planes overhead while you tee it up at Pease (though it is admittedly not a good golf course).
One thing I might pushback on is your preference for Portland over Portsmouth. I love Portsmouth but Portland has a lot more going on plus you can take a short ferry over to the islands in the harbor.
