What is up with all this dry beef ordering? At minimum you need it wet. I am more a provolone person as it’s sharpness does more than rich mozz. Sweet peppers with Hot Gard is my go to but I do agree you need Gard. Without it, it’s closer to a pot roast sandwich that a beef.
If you can eat your beef without having to stick your ass out from getting douched in jus, it ain’t right.
