The Big Guy has a great one at Bandon from TS.
not the worse shot, but DJ taking multiple shots to get out of a bunker needs to be included
God I love a good tomahawk throw. @ryanrokisky had an absolute all timer on Pac Dunes 6. World class tomahawk with driver. I still think about it
My friend chucked his 3 wood DEEP into the gorse left of 18 at Pac a few years ago. It was the first or second round of the trip he was so bummed. Instant regret
I feel like that was more of a helicopter than tomahawk lol but nonetheless it was needed and helped turn my round around haha
Let’s get some Q’s in here for TC and the gang from Ep 6.
It truly did - further proving that there is a place for it
Watched the Instagram post this morning of TC’s rapsodo work last year right after the left/righty experiment and his RH action looked sooo good.
In his mind when has he played his best golf/been swinging it the best while doing NLU stuff?
- has to be during a series or something filmed, don’t need to hear about his 12 alleged birdies at Ohoopee that one day.
Luckily for you, we brought this up in the show. Hate hearing about the babysitter situation.
Going 0-14 when there’s a great invite on the line is a tough break.
any of Soly’s glandular-shanks
not even 1-15
hate that for the hitters in Palm Beach
TC has definitely battled through some demons. I could get him straight up deadly around the greens.
Thank god there’s not a camera rolling every time I toss a club. Maybe I need to have that mindset when I want to and it’ll keep me from doing it.
Kind of wish there was a camera around the time I snapped my 3 wood and threw it into a pond, slicing my hand open on the creased metal in the process. I was quite the site showing up to the bar after with a bandage I made out of that cheap (probably filthy) towel that hangs on the ball washing machines. I assume all the jack Daniels I subsequently drank staved off any infection.
The positive club toss is underrated and underutilized. On the rare occasion I execute a sand save the wedge might be Jose Bautista’d back towards my bag.
Back in my high school days, I snapped a wedge over my knee during a qualifying round and it cut a 3" line in my shorts and broke the skin a little. I shudder to think what would have happened if the fabric of the shorts weren’t there to protect my leg.
The above should be a warning shot to @anon24074719 to never break a wedge across his very bare legs. And a very odd defense of longer shorts.
Yeah, bent metal gets really sharp really fast!
Shout out to my early 2000s baggy cargo shorts & a lack of golf style.
