I lived in Sweden for two years and have been back twice. The most recent time I was there, my wife and I also did Denmark and Norway. I don’t think I ever saw a golf course while I was there, but couldn’t possibly be more excited for a season of Tourist Sauce.
DJ mentioning fika on the Big Tone Apology Tour podcast brought a big smile to my face. My biggest worry is that that Big Randy might like it too much and end up staying for good.

Having just returned from a family trip to Finland, Norway, Denmark, & Sweden I can only imagine what the golf courses will look like. The weather right now is unreal too, so this season will be epic regardless if it is Scandinavia or only Sweden!

As @MrVinegar206 says, there are only so many decent courses in Sweden. I suspect they’ll head south to Falsterbo (hopefully they go along the Skane coast - it’s very pretty) then across the Oresund bridge (#infrastructure), play a few of the courses around Copenhagen and a couple of others in Denmark - from there who knows? Back to Sweden, Norway, Iceland?

So, when I said “manipulation”, I meant it in a positive way. Maybe optimization would have been a better word. But, to me, to be a manipulator is not a bad thing. Not at all!

Looks as though they are in Denmark now, which is another surprise! I’ve spent a fair amount of time there as my brother resides there. Is there good golf in Denmark? It never occurred to me to even look. There is a lot of good dunescapes on the coasts, but almost none of it seems to be used for golf.

The boys can saunter over to Freetown Christiania and Randy can pickup some of that Colorado that’s difficult to find elsewhere in Scandinavia

I spent a few lovely afternoons in Christiania. Back then the bridge hadn’t been built so we used to take the ferries from Malmö to Copenhagen.
