It is a toy that is given to Swedish children. It has evolved into a symbol of Sweden and has even come to represent the strength and courage of the Swedish people.

I lived in Ystad for a year when I was 18. Starshine, which was my local nightclub, always played a slow song so everyone who hadn’t yet hooked up could ask someone to dance - sorta the last chance to shoot your shot. Can’t remember a specific song though, it was usually different.

The Swedes, if drunk, sing a lot.

Everywhere I went they played a slow song to end the night. Great tradition. I thought that it was the same song each time, but I was usually pretty loaded by that time of the night anyway so maybe I was wrong. Often everyone would get in a circle and sing together lol. Great way to end the night before walking home.

Also, given that @Tron mentioned they were playing a Harry Colt course does this mean we think they are headed to Stockholms Golfklubb? Would check out.
