The High Cotton Club visits Limestone Springs in Oneonta, Alabama for the revival of The Yellowhammer - Alabama’s Premier Roost Event.
Competitors will play 18 holes of Stableford - Quota play on Saturday, May 2 with tee times beginning at 9:00AM. Following 18 holes of competition, the top 4 finishers will compete in a 9 hole playoff - with the worst score dropping from the group after every 3 holes. Not only will players face the potential of being dropped from TV coverage, negatives will be introduced in the Playoff Round for double bogeys or worse - much like the NIT itself.
The winner of The Yellowhammer will earn a prize and qualify for the Nest Invitational Tournament at Dobson Ranch in Mesa, Arizona in the fall, while all top four finishers will earn a trophy for their accomplishments.
Entry fee for The Yellowhammer is $150 and includes the following…
- Golf + Range
- Tee Gift
- Closest to the Pin Contests
- Raffle + More!
Entry fees must be paid via Venmo to @highcottonclub (business) in order to complete registration, and players will be Waitlisted until payment is received. The Yellowhammer is limited to the first 28 players to complete registration. The final deadline for registration is April 4.

I’ll be headed back Saturday night, but so excited to get the weekend started on Friday that I may head down Thursday night.
Can’t believe we scratched our way to a full field! Excited to see so many old friends and new faces out in Oneonta this weekend.
