The Rail @ Aiken Golf Club

If anyone is staying in Augusta area and needs a ride to and from the course on the 3rd let me know. Will be more than happy to give you a lift.

Aiken GC’s ā€œvegan friendlyā€ menu is going to be crackers, chips, or hot dog - hold the weiner…

For Airbnb, check out The Jumper. Brand new with 4 suites. They charge the same price as the Willcox and they are 2 blocks from Aiken GC.

What are folks thinking on playing Friday & Sunday? Looking to LOAD UP on golf.

I was going to lock up some tee times at Forest hills in Augusta for the 4th and depending on the interest I’m sure I could get more.

I’m officially out for this. After thinking about it for weeks, my club decided to hold the Member/Member the same weekend as the Aiken get together. I just love private club politics. Have a great time guys!

@wiscogolfer34 you’re officially in.

I’m planning on driving down Friday first thing, so a Friday round is a MUST!

Had a friend play Mount Vintage recently and said it was in great shape. I live in Cobblestone here in Columbia and the course is looking amazing after the SC Women’s Open. The River Club in NA was a great tract I played last month. I know we have Aiken all day so I’m hoping to make a few loops there during the day. I only know one guy that’s a member at Palmetto, I’m happy to ask him how many of us he can get on…cheers!

I can probably get a group onto Woodside or Palmetto if we want to do something Friday PM.

Buddy of mine informed me River in NA was not looking too good about a month back. Could be fixed by now but never know.

Funny (not really) story…when I moved to Aiken PGC did not have a waiting list. I opted to wait until my house sold to wok on joining. I joined Woodside. My house sold seven years later…and PGC had a long waiting list.

Right up there with the time I had gas station sushi, that decision is a HUGE regret in my life.

That’s a terribly sad story.

Playing River, aiken, and PGC this weekend, pumped. Can report back on course conditions if wanted
