Cubed curds. I think they are made with Mozzarella. Taste solid. Don’t like the honey though. Gave it a fair shake

Never heard of a Brandy slush, too sophisticated for these parts here in WV. We do have a nice selection of moonshine around here though if you know the right people.
Just got into an argument about supper clubs with my wife (dont ask) to the point where we started separately researching the history of them. Wiki has 1 seemingly wrong answer but a guy named Ray Faiola has 4! books on them including details on all 250+ in Wisconsin. If only I had one of you for secret santa this year my shopping would be done
