So I’ve been dabbling in the blade lifestyle but haven’t converted fully. Got myself a set of vintage Titleists that I’m looking to game a lot more this year.
As part of War at the Shores this year at Shoop Park some of us decided to delve into the vintage club selection behind the counter. I fell in love with a set of persimmons and an old putter with which I proceeded to make almost every putt that day. Took it home, cleaned it up a bit and lo and behold it’s a vintage Wilson.
That’s exactly the one. It was always a birdie, it probably made sense to tell you I should never be in the middle of the fairway long before we got to 12. Still had more fun than I personally deserved.
Also, if @Battisstatus wants to ask a bunch of free response questions for the captains, that is something I’d make time for over the next few weeks in between all these damn tax returns.
