On a similar note, I was walking the dog the other night past the outdoor bar down the street. They were having a silent disco, so I got to hear a 100ish person a cappella version of Don’t Stop Believin’. I’ll be kind and say it was not the finest vocal performance I’ve heard of that song

I’ve been holding onto various payments @grandpa_jones has been sending me for drinks/food/etc in my Venmo so I threw a bit more into my donation since he’s a good guy and as he just mentioned, a noble and important cause near to his heart.
That being said, if paired against him I will make every effort to step on his neck and drink an old fashioned out of the Rooster in his honor.

It’s been a winding road since then, but having a team of really fucking smart people behind my wife and I has been nothing short of amazing.
Thank you to @Battisstatus and @mikedabomb for springing this on me, thank you to the others who were part of making this something that wasn’t optional for me, and thank you to the rest of this fucking amazing community for being willing to support so many amazing causes that are important to so many people around this crazy blog.
