I love how it went from “the judges won’t know whose picks belong to which person” to them finishing the draft and cutting to Soly saying we changed the whole format and the judges listened to the audio.
Once again, nobody feels bad for TC.

Not hate! I love Mars Volta, but some of their catalogue is too much. Technically amazing and unique but just doesn’t sound very good.

My judging based upon the “we’ve retired to the sitting room after a nice dinner to enjoy your collection” standard:
- DJ. Just going to put me in a good mood. There will be a hop in my step afterwards.
- Neil. He’s got three certified good mood bangers. Then closes it out with the Spieth collapse to remind us that the world is a dark place.
- Soly. It’s technically great. I just may not be sophisticated enough to really “get” it. Like my feelings about Radiohead.
- Randy. I’m gonna be in a great mood after 1997. Then I’m gonna be checking my phone and wondering if I can duck out before we hit 3 and 4 on the list.
- TC. I’ve got concerns. This is a bad vibe. Like, I may get invited down to his wine cellar to check out a cask of Amontillado vibes.

So I noticed this on some old masters broadcasts but I think hole spotters used to wear yellow hard hats. Guessing they were retired by 2001 so maybe a souvenir from the old days but this is from 1984

Great, great pod. Might have to take the advice and watch it, but listening while putting and chipping at the muni was the perfect accompaniment. Except that I got some strange looks when I belly laughed. Great stuff, boys!

Curious if the boys (mostly @MerchCzar and @djpie) already feel like some of these album collections have aged poorly given the recent news.
Does it kinda feel like Soly’s throwin on My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy and Late Registration, making everyone feel a little awkward right now?

Feels like there needs to be some type of FAAB budget or auction after the playing of each major if someone wants to add it into their collection.
