A fantastic listen, very well done by KVV and the rest of the team. I echo the sentiments about theses people being scum bags, and it comes as zero surprise that the people calling the shots in NY are either inept or complicit, either way fuck them too.
Sidenote, @kvv any chance I can get contact info for “Taylor”? Completely unrelated to tee times……

My biggest takeaway is it seems pretty simple to stop these bots in every state. The problem comes even if you were to build the software needed, I doubt many courses would sign up/pay for it. In the end, their tee sheets are full and people are spending money at the course with minimal effort.
I am laughing that I have 5 websites open during the summer and constantly refreshing for cancelled times to grab slots.

Great pod. Did they really use the fact that he booked a time through doubleeagle as the justification?
The absolute lack on any action whatsoever by the parks department is the most irritating thing about this whole situation. Also, there should be a significant cancellation fee on the Black. $75-$100 would cut down on so much of the fraudulent booking. On the rest of the courses, even something minimal like $5 would make it much less likely some broker books 30-40 times/week when they going to be out $100ish just from cancellation fees.
