The Duck Club presents: The Tussle at Tarandowah (ON): 2021, June 11-12

Thanks for the tag @duncmitchell I am definitely interested. The more notice I have the better. Cant say I can commit to all three days but I will try. Looking forward to the event and raising some money for charity!

Likely looking at a Friday afternoon round and 36 holes on Saturday, so luckily for you that would bring us down to 2 days!

Perfect. I will keep an eye out for updates here and put it in my calendar

Friday afternoon at Tarandowah or warmup round in the general vacinity?

Tarandowah is quoting it as if we’re playing there on the Friday afternoon as well, but that can always be changed if the group wants to go that way!

GOAT-level move would be a warmup round Thursday afternoon… maybe at THE Oxford Hills?

Or Friday morning at THE Oxford Hills…

I’d be way in. 72 holes in two days - what could possibly go wrong?

Side note - I can probably co-opt the wife and her cameras to document the action, on the Saturday at least.

If we are looking for a warm-up round at an extremely quirky course, Tamarack Ridge is just up the road (near the 401).

The course has everything…power lines galore, insanely fast sloping greens, a hole right next to Highway 401, impossibly tight holes, par 3 greens set behind 70-foot trees.
