Anyone have interest in this adidas belt? Got it on sale for like $20 something dollars and there is too much extra belt for me when I wear it. It’s a L/XL. I think it said it fits up to a 40” waist

If we’re proferring up items for cold beers my footjoy rain grips (cadet L) are still available. You won’t need them for the event but maybe int he future!
Some people might want them this week if the current projected temp plays out. I can attest for their usefulness when the hands start getting sweaty

Now that I’m back to sort of the land of real life, I did let my friends at Lawsonia know that ordering extra moon man wouldn’t be a bad idea along with bringing in an extra person or 2 for service around the lunch hour. We shall see if they want to listen to me or not.

My wife tried to throw me under the bus in front of my mom about my jorts. (Acquired a second pair today). My mom asked if I was going to a theme party and that’s why I needed them. I said yes and told her about the jort fort. This weeks gonna rule.

Friday Night Feast info
So heres my plan for Friday night. @midwestgolfbum can correct me if we need to change anything.
Im in the first tee time for the afternoon so Ill start all the pulled pork before my round and finish it up when Im done around 430 or so. In theory it should be ready as people come off the course. Ill have everything set up in the Dawson House (The house right next to the clubhouse) for people as they get done.
For food Im providing pork and buns. I was going to do BBQ sauce too but I figured itd be more fun if some people would just bring a bottle to share so theres a variety. Ill bring a few myself. As for sides and beverages, bring some chips or whatever else you would like to eat and drink. If possible you might want to bring a lawn chair to sit out on the lawn. I believe there is also a firepit there.
As for cost, this really only costs about $120 total so Im viewing it as my donation to the event. Ill just ask that people donate $5 or so to the charity. Lets get those numbers up. But if you dont donate, dont worry about it. There will be plenty of food.
If anyone has the ability to bring a crock pot let me know. I have 1 Im bringing but I think Ill need 2 more.
Im probably forgetting something so Ill update as needed.
