Speaking of Opa…How is cheese curds lit up with brandy not a Wisco thing?

Cultural differences my dude.

Wisconsin= European farming immigrants. Germanic and Scandinavian. Significant amount of cheese intake

Saganaki= Greek delicacy. Huge population in the Chicago area. Significant amount of cheese intake, but different types of cheese than Wisconsin.

Saganaki> curds

Hope I get in. Would be sick to see someone get kicked out of the Goose Blind for arson.

I do also want to note that Brandy is for drinking and when you choose to cook cheese curds, you fry them. Doesn’t get more Wisconsin than that. Wasting good brandy by cooking out the alcohol doesn’t seem right.

Wisconsin’s already ruined enough good things with brandy.

Who said anything about good brandy? This should be the only acceptable fate for Korbel

Im talkin post fry. Almost a brandy fire garnish to elevate the dish. Any brandy would gladly sacrifice themselves to upgrade cheese curds. :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

I’m going to need to get deep in the R&D lab to come up with a brandy ranch dipping sauce.

Not a RIP to the hole, but something given to the pond. A sacrifice of sorts.

Also, don’t hate…just give in to the majesty of the Woodlands. I believe in you.
