Hey everyone â I took the weekend off from the Refuge.
I really appreciate all the kind words, but the credit truly belongs to everyone. The success of the event comes from its simplicity. Sure, we could always add more, but why? As long as everyoneâs having a good time, thatâs what matters most â and weâll keep moving forward.
Special thanks to @midwestgolfbum and @brettfreddy5 for everything theyâve done to make the event what it is.

@djpie said it perfectly on the pod: this event feels like the first day of school. Everyoneâs rocking new shoes and shirts, trading gear theyâve collected all winter. Itâs such a great feeling seeing everyone again. This is a truly special community, and Iâm grateful to know each and every one of you.

Greg had a hell of a Saturday, I felt honored to share a tee box with the legend himself. Looking forward to doing it again sometime, even though I was referred to as his âkryptoniteâ
