The sanctions should be that the C-Suite has to take the next Strapped trip with a $400 budget and accept no handouts along the way. It’s only fair. Excessively scummy move by @Soly.
Their $400 budget has to cover @djpie’s green fees—though not his food or lodging—since he was an accomplice.
Hi all! I’m new to the board here but have been an NLU follower for the past couple years. The Strapped series is definitely my favorite series the guys do.
So scummy of the C Suite to have that call scheduled. They iced Icarito. Took him completely out of his flow.
Jim Thorpe is originally from Roxboro, NC. About 10 years ago I played directly behind him and his brothers at a country course called Caswell Pines. I was in awe of how hard he still hit the ball. Guy is a unit. As Neil said, dude is the goat.
The only sad part is that they truly prey on @MerchCzar - out of jealousy, obviously - but they clearly know how to push his buttons. At least Soly veered off of “the course is too short” which is an utterly indefensible stance to complaining about the course rating, which is slightly more defensible. Though, if we’re supposed to believe that Soly and Tron couldn’t find out where they are playing beforehand (and they definitely did unless Narc @djpie teed it up in the messages leading to the call), that’s absurd.
I love every part of this, except for the part where Neil is sad. Nobody likes sad Neil.
“Let’s go fuck em up Randy” - this should be on Neil’s tombstone (one day far far in the future) or at least his Linked In Bio.

God that was a great episode. Well done fellas.

Don’t give them any crazy ideas man!
Avalon, all the John Waters flicks.
I knew a girl in high school who they used her house for a dumb Tom Selleck movie, Her Alibi, and they “blew up” the house (seriously terrible pyrotechnics). There were pictures throughout the house. Crazy cool house, it had huge ceilings catwalks upstairs, a small room with a bar with a loveseat called the “Makeout Room”. 1st time, I went there was for a sledding party there that was catered. They even had a rope tow to pull you up the hill. Way out of my families tax bracket, but it was cool to go there a few times back in the day.
Season 2 over 1 is a federal crime
They also filmed Enemy of the State there. The scene where they pulled the dead Congressman’s car out of the lake, is the boat ramp at Loch Raven Reservoir where my dad and I used to put the kayak in many early summer mornings.
I feel like we all overlooked the best part of this episode…
@MerchCzar grabbing @Randy while passionately singing and almost making him wreck, and leaving @Randy scared for his life every time Neil started to get deep into a chorus for the rest of the drive. Absolute gold.
What a christmas miracle to wake up to, I feel like scrooge when he woke up
Maybe C-Suite needs to take a play out of @thefriedegg’s playbook and ask the hard hitting questions: “What’s your favorite fruit?” or “If you had to be an animal, which would you choose?”
Probably correct, but literally everyone says that season 2 is their least favorite of the first four, so I figured I would stir the pot.
SPOILER
My heart sank when the “Icarito” music started after @MerchCzar ‘s tee shot on 14.
I’m also rewatching The Wire for the seven hundredth time because of this season.
