This thread here is the main base of operations on the Refuge.
I’ll post announcements in here to keep the lurkers up to date.
However, if you really want to take the plunge and #getinvolved, we also have a PNW Crew group chat with guys and gals from all over Washington, Oregon, and B.C. where we talk about golf, post random tee times that we have, chat about the Roost season, and more.
Let me know if you have any other questions or need help with anything!
haha! I’m late to the party- going by my middle name would be weird, but I’m a teacher and used to going by my last name so Tobin would work just fine. Or JT… but I guess that’s taken in the golf world already too I’ll check out the discord- thanks for the suggestion.
Saturday, January 28th @ Chambers. Tee times currently are 8-9:36.
That is enough for 40 players. If they don’t all get filled, I’ll start by eliminating from the earliest (8:00) and so on from there. I know some of the Oregon folk would prefer the later times
Signups for the meetup are on the January tab:

For cancellations: “if the person registering/prepaying for the event cancels outside of 48 hours of the event, they will receive a full refund. If they do it inside the 48 hours, we can issue a rain check good for the $90+ taxes dollar value of a future greens fee.”
We will be getting the $75 bounce-back voucher “to return by the end of April (Monday-Friday)” for the 15th hole being closed to the burst pipe repair work. All you have to do to get it is stop by the pro shop on the day of the event
CHAMBERS MEMBERS! I have an email from the Director of Sales & Marketing, Anthony Shipman, saying “have the members in the group reach out to me directly so I can verify their membership and take prepayment over the phone.” You should be getting your member rate. You can reach him at O. 253.552.4865
To reserve a caddie, please contact the Caddie Department directly by phone at (253) 552-4869. “Caddies are a cash payment from player-to-caddie at the end of the round. Bag carrying caddies typically make $100 per bag carried and Group Caddies make $200 per group.”
