@Iceman you guys are always welcome at the Golf Club of Oklahoma.
I believe there are also some folks at Tulsa Country Club and Hillcrest.

Is the Winstar and Chickasaw Pointe?
Speaking of OK clubs has anyone played Patricia Island or Peoria Ridge in NE OK? They are about an hour from my house in Northwest AR and I’m looking to broaden my horizons if they are worth it.
Both WinStar aka “LoseStar” courses are ok, just very basic and they’d rather you be in the Casino vs golfing. I steer clear of CP tho.
Happy to host you and Iceman Jr at Dornick when youre in town. Also Hillcrest is truly a hidden gem, must play if you’re in the Bartlesville area. If you make it up there Frank and Lolas is soooooooo good for post round din and drinks
I am the Iceman Jr. I roll with my father on these trips.
Alright for the moment it looks like:
GC of OK
TCC
Dornick
Hillcrest
and WinStar for okay golf and gambling.
Any other accessible gems (with your good graces) worth adding?
A 36 hole day in OKC at Lincoln Park for great publicly accessible golf. Golden age classics
Let me know your dates and we can set it up at Hillcrest
Thank you, I’m trying to convince my family to do Oklahoma instead of a third time of New Mexico.
My spring break is March 10th-19th. So that gives us a lot of weekdays that we can make work.
I’ll let you know if i put my money where my mouth is and member up at Jimmie Austin. OU’s golf club. Not so hidden gem here in Norman.
Edit. It’s technically a public course. Might be able to make it happen regardless.
I’ve played both. I wouldn’t make a special trip for Peoria ridge but Patricia island is a pretty fun track. It’s just generally a bit more manicured than Peoria.
Peoria’s tough cause it’s always windy, and each time I’ve played it, the conditions haven’t been ideal. It wouldn’t be a bad day for 36 though if you wanted to make a day of it. They’re probably about 35-40 minutes away from each other.
Definitely check out Shangri-Lanat Grand Lake if you haven’t ever played it!
Adding it to the list
Surprised nobody has told you to get up to Boiling Springs yet. But that could be a bit of a drive.
If you’re going to go as far as Hillcrest and Boiling Springs, you might as well detour through Prairie Dunes in Kansas. Loop it in either direction, and then head back to OKC.
Isn’t Praire Dunes Private?
Yes but I’m pretty sure (no promises tho) there are some members in here who have open offers to take people out so long as it works logistically. Search around!
The wonder of nature, baby.
