Failed to take a single photo, but it was fun to see @jsmoove and @Smith16 battle it out at Twin on Saturday! Turns out, being able to regularly drive it 300+ like @Smith16 from the member tees makes life fairly easy!

@smith16 beat me like the red-headed step child I am. A ton of fun getting out to play Twin Hills. Super impressed with the course and thought the layout and conditties were fantastic, other than it being borderline frigid.

Update: I was not included in the commission. Apparently I do not check the boxes of golf journalists, collegiate champions, or course superintendents - I will be making no further comment at this time.

If the golf trail doesnāt include vouchers to get on private courses Iāll riot. The state should be using its tax dollars to enrich my club and no one will convince me otherwise.

Tee times for the March Stroke Play event are 10:00, 10:10, 10:20, and 10:30 at LaFortune. There are a few of you that I DMād needing your email so I can get your accounts created on Unknown Golf. Once Iāve got everyone registered, Iāll post tee times on here.

My wifeās baby āsprinkleā (apparently the second kid shower is called a sprinkle?) is Mar 11, so Iām on baby duty for kiddo #1 and wonāt be able to make it out to LaFortune.
I figured they would want a toddler to liven up the shower, but it turns out that I was mistakenā¦

Do we have any idea if most people will be walking or riding? I figured this group could be pretty split but havenāt played at La Fortune in years so canāt remember how it goes out there

I will be walking on Saturday as well.
Itās looking good! Overseed is holding fairly strong with the warmer weather and moisture. Greens are slightly slower than their mid-winter peak but still fast enough to be fun! Looking forward to having everyone out!
Sounds like we may be a couple weeks premature to get into the clubhouse for any festivities, but weāll see. Things should be close to wrapping up at least.
(Oh - jk - I had the Perry Maxwell Society event in my head. Will be out of town on the 12th but enjoy if youāll be there!)
