Welp another year of not getting to play Camargo. I had a spot and just needed to pay but the USGA site wouldnât load the last page and my spot in line expired after 10 minutes.

Tough economy, real struggle for him
Illness has stricken a member of OATW, just 2 full days before The Rust Belt Rumble. We are in need of a last minute replacement. The sickly has been nice enough to leave his entrance fee for his sub, so you can either play for free, or give any mount of money to go toward our very good charitable cause. Would also be great if you were a low single digit handicap so we donât have to reconfigure the first round matchups, but Iâll take what I can get at this point.

Let me see if I can move some things around (aka bail on my current Saturday plans if there wonât be too much collateral damage) and make this happen.
How low of a cap is ideal? How cold is it supposed to be that day? And if I can make it work, is there somewhere for me to crash?
High of 52, low of 35. But the 35 is a legit overnight into Sunday low. Believe overnight Friday is only dropping to like 46 or so per the forecasts.
I donât actually care about the handicap. Just would make life easier if the sub also happened to be close to the 3.4 of the person dropping out.
Itâs supposed to be chilly but not terrible. Mainly the wind will be the deciding factor.
I do have a spare room, I just have to clear it with my wife since our 9mo kitten has been sick all week and has an appointment to be sedated for an exam/possible surgery tomorrow. Also if youâre allergic to cats, my place wonât work because one of them is what I would call âaggressively friendlyâ.
