Metro parks are charging no-show or late cancelation fee now. Fee goes to whoever booked the tee time not whoever didn’t show up.

And you can’t book online as a single? Or has that always been the case. Looks like the no show fee is $10 for Sleepy/Manakiki and $5 or less for all other courses.

You can’t book as a single unless the tee time already has people. If all 4 spots are open you cannot book.

NEO gang, registration for NOGA net series at Youngstown CC opens on Tuesday. Event is 5/13. These usually fill up pretty quickly. Price includes cart. They’re kind of funny when you tell them you wanna walk but they allow it and there’s usually several walkers. This event is the match play qualifier as well. I’m skipping that portion of it this year, but did it one year and had fun.
If anyone from the Refuge signs up let me know. They take requests for pairings if you email them after registration closes. Craic on…

Can attest to this. If you just roll up with you cart or bag on your back they’ll all look at you like you’re crazy. Little do they know, you’ve got 20 minutes to walk to every shot anyway because everyone is grinding so hard.

Good point—these are not the quickest rounds. Played in a couple that pushed five hours. But the chance to play cool new courses wins out for me.

We were supposed to play there Saturday for the matchplay but someone’s wife sprung plans of a 5k run on them (it’s mine). Oh and we’re getting a half inch of rain too.

I’ve got 2 spots booked at Sleepy on Sunday at 7a. Since the other 2 spots are open, I can’t edit to a single online. If I show up there Sunday to slop around after said .5" of rain without calling tomorrow, I’ll pay an extra $10 for the “no-show”, correct?

In case Mark strikes out, which one are you looking for? I scored the hybrid cover with just the MetroParks logo at Seneca last week and it’s dope. I prefer it over the individual course logos. They had that in all club types at the time.
