Roll Call: Minnesota Part 2 - SIM MEETUP post 9471

This hole fucking rules. I am not sure this guy agreed, and I didn’t know that long was dead when I clubbed up at the last second, but nonetheless. Some of you are just wrong and I hope you enjoy your wrongness.

Would be fun to plan cross country routing there if the course was fully rented out.

Other thread got me thinking. Who wants in on designing a custom mashbill Bourbon?

I’ll donate my time. Everyone can get a case of 6 bottles for ~$150 (or more depending on desire and participation). Pay up front, can do a couple on site barrel tastings during aging, and pick up in about 2-3 years. We can get 10or 15 gallon barrels so the short duration still means tasty (and cheap). I can work out timing and we could workshop it to everyone’s liking.

I would potentially be very interested in this if it gets further interest.

ICYMI: The refuge voted in favor of the 4th at Keller. Source: this very scientific poll I created. Also I’m sorry to the ones who got a stick stuck up their ass from getting Mutumbo’d by the tree a couple times. Tough luck.

Thank you for solving this issue in the most Refuge-approved way possible - a poll.

The worst part of hole 4 at Keller is the cart path behind the green with red stakes immediately behind that. I am surprised they didn’t make that blue stakes to make the Keller worshippers happy.

Does Golf Digest’s opinion mean nothing?!

This is actually the supreme take IMO. That cart path causes problems.

Veenker is fun! That it is located at the Harvard of the Midwest is only icing on the cake.

Took the last (outdoor) cuts of the year yesterday with @Kolby down in Rochester! 2022 was my best golfing year yet in terms of amount played, new courses hit, and new friends made along the way - mostly because of this group! Thanks to all who made it a super fun year!
