Unfortunately I think it’s best to just assume there is no “there” there w those plans. I don’t think they have the capital and book DeVries is getting tougher and tougher. I hope I’m wrong, but I’ve never gotten the impression that they are close. High Pointe benefits from having a guy w very deep pockets and a lot of enthusiasm to spearhead the work, that’s tough to come by
