Nebraska vs. Kansas Ryder Cup?

I floated an idea in another thread (shoutout YOTB) about a Nebraska Kansas matchplay event, maybe Ryder Cup format? @foreverchasingpar expressed some interest in it, and I’m tossing this out into the ether to see if there is any interest in this from other locals.
