If you all make the southern hike once the season starts I’d strongly suggest a trip to Heritage Bluffs. One of my favorite layouts around and often has some nice deals but gets very little acclaim.

I am in Mokena mainly play at Crystal Tree in Orland Park but would be down for a couple meet ups
We will have to play a round at the links or arrowhead once the season starts

I live two min from Crystal. Played it a couple times, better with a Sherpa (member) for some of the funkier holes. The blind drive with a lake to the left of the green comes to mind. The par three teeing from like 50-80 feet up was a sweet one too. GREAT men’s lounge.

Yeah 16 is one of our better holes out there takes the driver out of your hands just hit it straight at the bunker 230 out. I would love to meet up with some people on here who are just as golf crazy as me. I am thinking about doing the Boxcar events planning on doing at least one of them but might try and play in them all. Have you gone to IGLA in Orland? place is a great hang and nice to swing during the winter months.

In the league there and will actually be there this Friday night. It’s cool, you just have to take it for what it is… a video game.
I feel the exact same way, we all call it video game golf. But Ace and his staff in there are awesome and it is such a great hang definitely worth it in the winter. I may be there Friday around 3 still trying to figure it out if I go ill try and find ya and introduce myself. Usually wearing a hoodie that reads “I play Golf”

5iron meetup sounds good. I’m there mornings from like 7:45-8:45. Sounds like the crew there before work is mostly refugees!
I’d also be in favor of refugees squatting on the super early tee times at Syd for us city guys. Those 6 am tee times are great but only if you play super fast and sometimes I’ve gotten behind some sloths.
So we could get a few tee times early, block them out, and get a regular before work game/league. Anyone interested in that? Could actually keep it going in winter then at 5i.
