Full disclosure, I was laid off from my dumbass agency the week before Thanksgiving, so I did my best to collect some (hopefully) cool (and new) things from my personal collection, including the two persimmons which I got as part of a set and never hit once; they deserved a good home. I heard Jamie is into that, so that was perfect. All of that in mind, I tried to amp up the volume of gifts so I didn’t feel bad, myself.

Posting here for transparency, I am hoping to have my gifts in the mail to arrive by Christmas but at this time it’s a true who could say situation. I’m waiting on a couple things to come in then I can get it all wrapped and sent out. We’ll hope for the best!

Been in agency life long enough to have finally caught a bullet. One of the drawbacks to working for a small shop – slow year, a couple big clients didn’t resign with them. They cut 6 people out of 38, so it wasn’t a fun day. I happened to be one of the highest salaries on the creative team, so while I think they’re making a big mistake cause no one else in the group had the breadth of my acumen, I can understand it. Their problem now. Just makes for a less than relaxing holiday season.
