It’s better as a secret

This has happened to me a few times and it’s always shown up later.

Lyin ass post office.

(I’m not actually shitting on the post office. They do a good job.)

I’m just glad we had gummy talk a couple weeks ago before your secret Santa mailed your gift

Going along with the theme here…

Drunken purchase or Secret Santa gift? Either way I love it

I got my guy last year a Ballfrogs shirt, then the dome collapsed. Thought it was going to turn into a collecters item.

I really need to pick a team. Holding out hope for a midwest team to be added next year. @djpie needs to start a celeb collective and create The Milwaukee Beers.

Was nervous going into it with this being my first year but luckily I had an extensive posting history from ya to give me plenty of ideas hahah

This was a very clutch back and forth for me to come across.

There should have been one more thing that shipped separately directly from Etsy. Said it was delivered on Tuesday so if you haven’t seen it let me know so I can reach out to them about it.

Hope to make my way up the Ope waitlist and see ya out at Lawsonia next summer!

Eventful Refuge Secret Santa day for me as I also received my gift.

Unsurprisingly, @Big_RanDeer crushed it! The Wild headcover and Brock Faber card made it very fitting to have it waiting for me to open after getting home from the game tonight (shoutout to the Oilers for the 7-1 drubbing of the boys). Wearing a Pinehurst shirt around and having to tell people I haven’t been there will be very motivating for me to finally plan a trip. And I will definitely go get a big Wreck from Potbelly in your honor this weekend!

I did receive that actually, I thought it was something my wife got and put in my name. Completely forgot about that one. Thank you for that!

Love it when you ask for everything to ship together then get an email saying parts of the order have been delivered. Fear not, giftee, it gets better. One more on the way.

Just want to let my giftee know, I just got the last part of your gift so it will be shipped this weekend!

Yep, I know I could have sent this through Elfster, but think of the joy this will bring to many (who think I’m talking about them) vs. just my giftee! Just trying to spread holiday cheer.

Watching my secret santa gift UPS tracking…what on earth takes from like 2:00 AM to longer than now to “prepare for delivery”?

Brother, mine took several days to “prepare” and went to Florida by way of several midwestern states. I think the USPS is actually a fairly remarkable organization for all that it does but it can be maddening sometimes (like almost every other organization I can think of, frankly.)

Mines with UPS and is in the city of its destination so Im hoping its just a little lag!

Last piece of the gift finally arrived after a lengthy delay. Hoping to get this wrapped up and shipped off this weekend.

I have a package coming that was in my small town last night, and somehow this morning it’s 90 miles away. Guess it’ll show up tomorrow? Maybe???

Yeah there’s definitely some wild logistic “processes” that seem nuts.

For instance, quite often my mailman comes TWICE in a single day. Often, he comes once - and it’s like 5:00 PM. I don’t care about this except that I can’t sort (pun intended) out how this is not wildly inefficient. Why swing by my house twice? For no discernibly different need?
