wife cracked and told me its a xmas gift from my mom. Which is pretty cool.
Final gift arrives today and I think I’ll mail it out tomorrow.

I have 95% of my gift nailed down but I occasionally will waiver with what I’ve picked out in my gift. It’s causing me to click into my giftee’s profile and do a 2-3 minute dive into recent liked, posts, etc. This has been going on for the last few days, I need to commit to the last 5% and then cease and desist with him or her. Or at least until I nail down shipping lead times for the ________ part of the country.

I’ve always understood that it’s up to the sender if they wanted to reveal themselves or not and last year and this year I’m choosing to reveal myself, but only after they get the package. No one knows who I have just from posting the picture of my boxes. For all you know it could be you!

I’ve always been of the mind that the “Secret” in Secret Santa is that you know someone is getting you something but you don’t know who until you get it. It never made a ton of sense to me that you would get a gift and then just never find out who gave it to you.
