My “local” book club selected “Andersonville” for January. Some serious, lengthy, war reading forthcoming.
Definitely hope @Randy and @MerchCzar can squeeze this one in. You two put “Matterhorn” back on my radar after many years, and pumped to get a chance to discuss in a great book group.

Really enjoyed reading Helmet For My Pillow & With the Old Breed after watching The Pacific on HBO when it came out while I was in college. Sounds like this is up the same alley.
