UKBOPBHMTQ- WEEK 5 UPDATE
A quick reminder at the top here for all players to communicate with your team principals if you are unable to play an event. This will help reduce DNFs and make sure all teams can get their whole lineup to log scores.
Remember, it is in your best interest to post scores for events if you can even if youâre not on a team, we have an individual title to go for as well.
RE: course selection and setup - your anger gives me life
In the Constructorâs standings this week, a bit of clever gamesmanship happening with some teams looking to break into the top of the table, I suspect some of the higher scoring players didnât post scores on purpose, but this loophole will be closed starting with Event 6. More to come.
McLaren and Haas finished neck and neck but McLaren comes out victorious with the low individual score between the two. Correction here: Alfa Romeo put together a P3 to round out the podium.
Individual flight winners: Champion Golfers of the Year
- Young Hitters: @BlakeG scores a commanding win for the YH title
- C-Suite: @TheCTWay comes through here, apparently whatever the opposite of the TC Way is works.
- Strapped: @MrCutHook has now won 4 in a row, many people are asking for flight reform (will be after the next event, so possibly expect to see him in C-Suite?)
- LPCP: @RichT put together a rousing second half of the tourney and finishes the only player in LPCP even par or better.
- Misc Hitters: @tdaly toughed it out when many of his competitors called it quits, and wins by 11 shots
You each have also won, in addition to the title and bragging rights, lunch with Her Majesty the Queen the next time you pop over to Buckingham Palace. Just tell the guards at the gate you won your flight on the Refuge Tour, and Iâve been assured they will let you through.

Refuge Tour Communications - For Immediate Release
Starting immediately with Event 6 of the current Refuge Tour season, any player in a team lineup who fails to post a score will be given a score equivalent to the highest in their flight for that event. This is only for team total score purposes, the player in question will not receive a score or any points for the individual aspect of the event.

I want names of who is asking?!?! Iâm an OG on this tour and just because my sudden success looks like Brady Anderson hitting 50 homers, Iâve won a couple of times before. These âquestionsâ will lead me to start partying on a private jet with Pat Perez!

-40 is very reachable on this weekâs setup. Went on a heater and went -28 over the last 36, and felt like I left shots out there.

I just found out I was dropped from my team and wasnât even told about it. Not sure if i should be upset or be relieved

That was a result of the re-flighting to make the roster conforming - I had to look back to make sure I didnât miss a trade.
Is this McLarenâs team management?
I was told I needed to drop players from 4 different flights before eventually dropping @mrzornow
