I will put money on my boy @wseitz26 any day of the week. @jbors - set it up (and fuck you)
Actually I am too. The driver is so automatic with no wind to hit 320+ anywhere you want.
Once flights are set for the new season weāll have to re-draft teams if we want to continue on with that aspect of the competition (I assume we are but @JBors is the spreadsheet wizard). That will also give me time to do course setups for at least the first few events. So I estimate a week between the end of the playoff event and the start of the new season, I kind of donāt want to start an event mid-week, I think the one event per week cadence we have is good, with Mondays off for maintenance.
On the PC society I plan to have a few little pre-season events (mostly to make sure the difficulty settings are working properly), the other console admins can do the same at their discretion, there wonāt be anything official.
Tempo onā¦
Home and home match
@wseitz26 can choose Kingsley or Old Town
I will choose either Revival or the new Revival Iām publishing later today.
Thank you very much for this detailed info!
In England for 2 weeksā¦
I know @Jeff_M will do a recap post today, but I wanted to notify those that have made the playoffs so you know to play your rounds and post your scores in The Butt Cup Playoffs tab this week.

Thanks for the heads up! Mostly unrelated, but are the difficulty settings for next season published anywhere yet?
The Butt Cup is so close I can smell it.
Alright, here we go for the last update of this regular season.
There is going to be a bit of a shakeup regarding lineups for Haas, Red Bull, and McLaren since they had two starters that were ineligible due to using 6 starts already for that roster spot, so they each went with 4 players this round. Ultimately it didnāt really effect the outcome of the season, and moving forward with the redo of flights and a new draft for next season we are going to make sure the structure of the team rosters has enough players that there is more freedom in terms of setting up starting lineups. Come yell at me if you must, but honestly Iām just glad this season is drawing to a close and weāre excited to revitalize the competition for next season.
Aston Martin wins the Constructorās Title in commanding fashion with a landslide win this week, consistent performance from all players throughout the season was evident and they are deserving champions. Even with a principal change during the season nothing phased them.
Rounding out the podium are Alfa Romeo and AlphaTauri. Shoutout to AlphaTauri for finishing the season with 69 points.
In the individual flight wins for the week:
Young Hitters:
@Enorma-Stitts, expect anything different? (again)
C-Suite:
@seattlezero93 is going to find himself competing near the top sooner rather than later, with yet another W
Strapped:
@jsg_nado finishes the season strong with several close calls, and finally a W
LPCP:
@brettbito another first time winner, saved the best for last
Raul Alejandro Bastilla Pedro de Veloso de Maldonado will be in touch to personally congratulate each of the winners.
@beetle805, welcome to the Tour. Raul is very appreciative you chose his event to join. @JBors Iāll let you determine how flighting will work with the new qualifier leading into next season.
Those who have qualified for the playoffs, you have been tagged above, so consider this your heads up you are in and will be posting scores. As has been stated, this is kind of a test run for a new playoff format that is handicapped based on your season long performance.
Also reminder that next season (after the playoffs) the difficulty settings will be changing to swing timing ON, and Pro swing difficulty. Everything else stays the same.
Between a trip to Bandon and a wedding in Vermont and getting COVID I have let McLaren down this year.
Next year we are back with a vengeance
Gonna be swing timing ON, and swing difficulty Pro. Other than that everything else will remain the same. Once we get the new spreadsheet up they will be in one of the tabs there, and before the season begins Iāll make an informational post with all the details.

The spreadsheet shows the Butt Cup at Old Wickham Heath, but the PlayStation society is showing it at Drinkwater Basin. Which is right?
Itās going to be Old Wickham Heath, apparently 2K decided āFuck the Switch playersā and stopped publishing user created courses to them recently. So we are switching venues, Iāll have the PC society updated this evening when I get home from work and the other admins are aware of the change.
Trying to get some practice rounds in and the sheet lists tee 4 for both rounds but there are only 3 tees available in course setup options?
If we want to re-qualify for the Tour in S16, do we play Old Wickham Heath for flighting?
