Finally decided to jump in and play in the societyās eventā¦ boy, did I get my teeth kicked inā¦ Have never missed so many short putts in person or virtually. some nasty breaks around those brutal pin placements. As yaāll will see, my scores are quite pathetic but happy to #getvirtuallyinvolved

Are there any other casualāish societies anybody plays? Iām on Xbox and only play my 3 tournament rounds a week, but really enjoy the game and would love to play something that updates every few days.
I thought the course was awesome. Super hard but also gettable with legit shots. Those kind of greens are the ones (imo) that keep it from being a putting contest. You really needed to leave it in the right spot and close enough to actually make a few.

I had 11 birdies in round 2 and only shot 6 under.
I donāt know if that says more about my lack of skill or the course having a lot of holes/greens that can become a bogey if you miss in the wrong spot.
Definitely have to think about distance control on your tee shots a lot more with the skinny fairways
18 fairway feels a bit unfair.
@mctrees02 is still working on the voodoo that makes balls stop on red slopes.

I had 2 eagle-hole out chances near misses in one round, and that was after my eagle on 1 HIT THE DAMN FLAG STICK AND DIDNāT GO IN
And then I had maybe 5 birdie tries burn the edge or stop right next to the hole
Iād be a lot better at this game if I didnāt suck so much at this game.
I really thought the wind was making it hard but NOPE I just canāt putt

Course will be published on PC later tonight under the name Camp Nelson.
It will be available on other platforms some time tomorrow.

Yeah thatās what I meant, the approach. The sloped green with the sloped fairway was tough. Most difficult hole on the course to birdie I think, just impossible to get the approach close.
You hear that @mctrees02? Donāt put the bulldozers away just yet, sounds like @justmuckit has a favorite feature that Camp Nelson should have exclusively

Itās insane. I am not good enough to ever compete in strapped. And often as middle of the field in LPCP. The refuge in general is too good at this game.
