I played a small role in a new LiDAR publish of the Alotian Club. The latest course file name is Alotian GC LiDAR (t). Hopefully this is the last time I have anything to do with a Fazio course. This should be a fun course for us to use in Season 14 should we all make it to 2022…

I’ve been playing pretty well throughout the offseason. Got off to a bit of a rough start in week 1, something about that course just didnt work for me. My principal gave me a week off to get my mind right and that free’d me up. Maybe I just cant handle the pressure of team golf?

Gave this a run on a long teams call I wasn’t needed on today, very enjoyable. Really crazy undulations and terrain to build a golf course on, don’t think I had a flat lie all day. Some really interesting holes that allowed for a bomb and gouge style but also you could aim for the slopes around some greens and feed the ball in. Looking forward to playing it on the tour, I played it on default settings but could see it being a real menace with everything dialled up.

- appreciate the hard work that goes into this
- should we look at a PGL style league for next season? You could automatically pair up teams of 4 based on qualifying or finishes in season 13, then auto-count 3 of 4 for every event. new players could then add in a team or be ready to replace those relegated at the end of the season? just an idea and if you’re not willing to work with me I’ll take my idea to the saudis

When I told my wife they updated the policy I thought she would be excited, but she was like “what the heck are you going to do the whole time?” Babies sleep most of the day. Older brother will still be going to daycare.

These are some good ideas to look at to keep it fresh. I’m 100% on board with stepping back aside for @JBors to work his magic, the timing may work out really well since this current season is scheduled to end on 1/3, barring if we do a playoff event as well for flight promotions/relegations for individual players.
Just consider me Liberty Media vs. Bernie.

Great call to whoever picked Pasatiempo. I played poorly but the slopes were enjoyable without being unplayable. Great balance.

Do they ask me what type of ball I hit before they give me balls for the driving range like at the real place? Since I’m a Golf Digest panelist, am I required to overrate it simply because they roll out the red carpet for raters (See also: Rich Harvest Farms)? These are some of the things I’ll have to think about while playing this.
