First tee on woodlands might have a bread market stall this July
I’ve (mostly) unseriously considered bringing my Ooni and like 20 dough balls this year and churning out pizzas at the Monroe house. Just for the #content.
I’ll bring my kettle and smoke a brisket. Could easily start it the night before, rest the brisket between morning and afternoon round, and eat for dinner.
This is where I remind everybody we don’t have the house this year, right?
I can still fire up the kettle at the hot dad house!
We will find a way
Could set it up at the Woodlands halfway house with an honesty box. Might make enough to pay for the trip.

Ayyye I actually saw this a couple weeks ago. Wild using that high of a hydration dough but if it works, it works
~50% of the bread we’re eating at home, I’ve replaced water with Guinness. Great oven spring on em all
