Technically it’s processed cheese product. Contains no milk solids therefore not cheese. Still objectively the best cheese for griddled cheeseburgers.

Not my department chief. But I can tell you that the dudes of green lake have great legs and short jorts.
Probably gonna light a fire with this one… the turn stands were a disgrace last year. I didn’t have a single brat last year because the grills were always empty.
