Ultimately, that’s the plan. There has to be a level of comfort built both on their side that they are going to get paid as well as my side for the same. Realistically, it’s me risking $75k or so to rent it out for 2 days, but slowly increasing numbers every year has built a pretty solid trust between myself and them as well as those who have attended being “awesome”.
