Ope 4 - July 11th and 12th, 2025 (Raffle sheet in post 3800) (Part 1)

I’m not smart either. But my mind keeps going towards renting 1 course each day vs whole facility. Yes, a 36 woodlands day would be rough, but having the course to ourselves allows us to skip hole 2. Or play 2 as many times as you want.

The links day would be great though.

The sod farm is actually kind of fun but I definitely have a little homerism in that take.

It’s a lot of fun for amateurs. I have been firm on this take. It’s just not a compelling challenge for pros in any way.

Has anybody ever seen @Battisstatus and Thomas Detry at the same time? The Ope beat reporter has been awfully quiet the last 5 hours. Coincidence? Many are asking.

How can I be Thomas Detry and Peppy Peter Malnati ?!?! :man_shrugging:

Absolutely zero chance Detry can do a kick flip

Wonder if the Ope Journal could get press passes to the next tour event to ask him… the people need to know!

Good question but he’s not the only one that thought of you while seeing Detry.

I mean, peppy Peter doesn’t get into many big tournaments. Just take off your bucket hat and put on a Hugo Boss polo, could be plausible.

Mr. Ripley ain’t got shit on @Battisstatus

@BadBrad are you out there? Available for a few quick questions for the readers of the Ope Journal?

I’m confident you’ll get off of the waitlist and also confident that you can add to the people at Milwaukee Tool you know…

Wonderful! Thank you @BadBrad

1.) you are the king of giving likes, how did you find that path? Thank you for what you do, if that hasn’t been said enough.

2.) who is your favorite player on the PGA tour?

3.) pizza or tacos?

I am merely an understudy of the “quick to like” @Kerry. I think the ope thread like spree started during a blowout baseball game I was working and has become a hobby. I step away for an hour and you guys generate over 100 posts

I probably track Nick Hardy and Doug Ghim (and his dad) the most. Played Jr golf against them (same graduating year) and every time they have a good finish my dad loves to tell me how much money they made.

It’s :tiger2:

Pizza

One follow up question, Mr. @BadBrad

What style of pizza and what toppings are preferred?

Tavern. Sausage and mushroom

Hardy and Ghim may have made some money but how many Roost events have they won?

@BadBrad > touring professionals

Based on this metric

And many other metrics, if we’re being honest.
