The answer is ALWAYS a putting course

To piggy back on this, I would recommend something like JourneyMan distillery crossed with Heidel House.
Room and board with a lighted putting course and several bonfire pits.

Is there enough 14 year olds in Green Lake to staff both?

Make the POW barns right of 3 stay and play apts. Then a par 3 and putting course on the other side by entry gates.

Or, buy Culvers house and make it a hot dad resort.

Also lets just get rid of the range and install netted stalls. So when I eventually hook it on 1 Im not having an easter egg hunt.

I’ve never felt more alive than when I had to venture into the driving range kill zone to hit my 2nd shot. :military_helmet:

I second this idea. As cool as the house next to the clubhouse was for a post round hang, that house was cramped and disjointed. Maybe like 10 Augusta style cottages within walking distance of the clubhouse would be perfect.

Elevate the tee box on #2 so it’s no longer a blind shot.

It would be cool if they took inspiration from #7 and built a bunch of “box car” style cabins around the property*.

*All over the steamshovelled remains of Woodlands.

Put 'em at the bottom of the ravine of 2. Construct an intricate system of tunnels to walk to the clubhouse underground. Call them Badger Nests

Ope let me just drop this in here for our Links Lovers™

Build a stay and play compound for 96 people with a couple lighted par 3 holes, driving range and jumbo putting green.

And incorporate the trench from #2 into every other hole on the property

All I want is the turn hut to open earlier, is that too much to ask?
