Well… as of now, its more of a play one day all day; then day off; all day one day; then day off; all day one day; then probably depart. Sounds crazy, but I’m of a mind to not play Pacific or Trails. I get some think that’s crazy; but to be fair I’m not that good, and not seeing a course can lead to compound errors= no fun…
Strategy is to take advantage of the single player factor. And the whole third round free. So Dunes, Mac, Sheep, and the par 3’s. Going to camp at Bullard’s. Very hippy approach to it. But will probably end up just hanging around the property as well.
Glad to see you got off the waitlist. Gearhart is fantastic but dad is a member and I’ve played it a bunch. Couldn’t justify the 6 hour flight for that.
Must sadly withdraw from OP4. My big goal for the year was to complete teacher training at my home yoga studio and then be working my way towards a class of my own. This has been going very well and I’ve been offered a class to teach starting in late August. Golf has taken a backseat lately but I will be very bummed to not be at Gearhart. Will miss you all.
With the calendar hitting July 1st, it’s time for me to start cracking down on deposits and seeing if we see some more waitlist turnover.
The end of Monday, July 15th, will be the cutoff. If you don’t pay up, your spot will be given to a waitlist-er.
There will still be time to drop for reason and get your money back (probably mid-August will be the end of money back cancellations unless someone can fill your spot).
