This should be a Texas-only alcohol event. All liquor and beer must be from Texas.
I threw out the idea of everyone bringing their favorite beer from a local brewery. 6-pack per person should last us the weekend. We can exchange on Friday night and be stocked up for the weekend.

This is an exceptional idea … I’ll grab a few sixers from the Austin area regardless. Can we make a pact to avoid the ones now owned by ABinBev or MolsonCoors (cough, lookin’ at you, Karbach, cough)?

Karbach is dead to me. Definitely a fan of supporting the independent breweries.
I am not expecting but open to you bringing some wine. It will be patio pounders season…but with a hint of class.

The founders of Independence brewery were in our birthing class before we had our first. SUPER nice folks, as you would expect. Their Stash IPA has really become an Austin fixture, although probably overly heavy for the golf course. The Power and Light, and Cowboys from Helles are both quite good, I’ll probably bring one of those two.
Please go into the ‘Rooms’ Tab and update whether you are staying Friday/Saturday. And whether you are interested in a Friday afternoon Warmup Round.
