Im pretty sure The Crown is like the nice version, its probably way worse.
Out is the play. For sure.
This âdebateâ is easy. For the gentlemen, itâs this: v-neck = collar out. Crew neck - collar in.
I wonât attempt to make such a cut-and-dried ruling on ladies fashion, but many rules are different from gentlemen to ladies. As @Sarah showed above, the collar can be outside a crew neck and done effectively. Maybe thatâs due to a different size collar. Who could say?
I like to start in, but let it come out, a la Arnieâs shirt tail.
This is how I roll nowadays.
I was strictly apart of the collar out regime during my college days and early 20âs but when I entered my 30âs, collar in suits my vibe more.
Start collar in and whatever happens, happens.
Seeing @Randy with the Rhoback/NLU quarter zip in the latest video has me incredibly excited for the collab

I DMâd Mary Zarob today ( @qcontrary.mary ) on Instagram today. She owns a clothing & apparel store and does custom attire & alterations and she said that collar stays under the sweater and that âCollars out is more a thing people did in the 90sâ
That decade is coming back in style thoughâŚ
Touche
As someone who lived through the 90s, I have to disagree with this. Iâm sure it happened, but I donât think 90s when I think of collars out.
Maybe she meant in their 90s. Fuckinâ olds
